Ciao! Bow Wow’s Health Coach: Cary Roles

Cary Roles, CHHC, AADP is a certified health coach, researcher, and educator, as well as a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She received her formal training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC in 2009. While at IIN, Cary studied with some of the world’s leading integrative health educators and practitioners, including Andrew Weil, MD, Bernie Siegel, MD, Marion Nestle, T. Colin Campbell, PhD and Deepak Chopra.

Cary advocates whole foods based nutrition—fresh, organic and local—as well as the use of naturopathic health solutions for both people and pets. Motivated by her own experience and success in dealing with chronic illness, as well as that of Lola, her beloved cat of 19 years, she specializes in wellness coaching for autoimmune disorders, endocrine disorders, and preventative health for all creatures, both human and otherwise.
